How to Commission:

Send an e-mail to [email protected]; include your name, what type of commission you want, visual references and short description of your character(s).

Rules

  • Commissions are for non-commercial purposes only.

  • The client is allowed to repost the commission on social media as long as proper credit is given. The artist's Twitter handle is preferred.

  • The artist is allowed to post the commission on social media (assuming the client is okay with this)

  • The artist reserve the right to turn down any commission for any reason.

Payment:

I tend to send an invoice through BuyMeACoffee.
Payment is required upfront (after approval of the rough sketch by the client for more complex commissions). Payments are through invoices.
The artist will start working when the invoice is paid.

Refunds:

  • If the commission is cancelled (by the artist or client) before work has started and the payment has been made, then the client will receive a full refund. (No refunds will be given once work on the commission is 50% complete)

  • The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason deemed necessary. The client will receive a full refund.

Fullbody:

Half-body:
Full Color 90-100$ USD | (b\w) Sketch 30-35$ USD
Bust:
Full Color 60-65$ USD | (b\w) Sketch 20-25$ USD

+70% extra character
+20-60% adding a background,

Workflow:

  1. References:

  • Please, provide at least one clear and concise visual reference.

  • Any information (whether visual or text) regarding the subject that can aid in accurate portrayal is also highly appreciated.

  • Let the artist know if you have any preferences regarding color choices or image dimensions (default dimensions are A4 size file, 300 dpi and crop as I see fit)

  1. It is possible for the commission price to be increased depending on the complexity of the piece, or of certain elements/props. The client will be promptly informed of this.

  2. The commission will be only started once payment is confirmed.

  3. A rough sketch will be provided at the start of the commission. The client may request revisions at this stage at no additional cost.

  4. Depending on the complexity of the piece and artist’s work schedule completion of the commission can take roughly 1 to 3 weeks. The client will be promptly notified when exactly a deadline for completing the work in question is and should there be any delays.

  1. Revisions:

  • The client will receive a rough sketch at the start of the commission. Any major changes or edits can be made at this point at no additional cost.

  • Once the rough sketch has been approved, any major edits can be requested for an additional fee.

  • If there are any major errors in the finished work, revisions will be made at no additional cost.
